Job Summary
Lead customer data implementation from installation through go-live, acting as the implementation lead for the entire journey. Work directly with client data stewards and technical teams to understand business domains, model core data within the CluedIn platform, and configure data quality, matching, and mastering rules. Support data ingestion from source systems, assist clients in streaming and extracting mastered data, and run workshops to upskill users toward self-sufficiency. Collaborate with product and engineering teams as needed while translating business requirements into data solutions without writing custom code. This role sits at the intersection of data, business, and technology for a Microsoft-endorsed MDM partner reshaping data management.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working with data management, MDM, analytics, or BI platforms
- Strong understanding of data modelling (entities, attributes, relationships)
- Strong understanding of master data and reference data concepts
- Strong understanding of data transformation, quality and governance
- Client-facing or consulting experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions
- Comfortable working with SQL (querying, understanding schemas)
- Comfortable working with data integration concepts (ADF, Synapse, API's, ETL)
- Comfortable working with cloud data platforms and services (Fabric, Databricks, Jupyter Notebook)
- Able to understand data flows and configurations without needing to write application code
