Job Summary

Manage, analyze, and load data and image files into operational systems for the Deal Setup team, ensuring correct mapping and consistent database formats. Create and maintain file directories, review loan image file quality, and troubleshoot inventory issues while working with Client Service Managers to verify tasking requirements. If media functions are included, receive and log shipments, extract image files from physical media, and manage server capacity and archiving operations. Work 10am-7pm EST. This role supports business operations within SitusAMC's Data, Reporting, & Analytics department, helping clients capture opportunities in the real estate finance industry.

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
2-4 years of relevant experience
Must be able to work 10am -7pm EST
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel
Must have ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
Must have ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets, including pivot tables, v-look ups, and utilize reporting tools and queries to support data and image file tasking
Must have strong analytical ability
Must have good judgment
Must have ability to exercise strategic and multidimensional thinking
Must be detail oriented
Must be very well organized
