Job Summary
Data Governance Practitioner responsible for establishing and enforcing governance policies to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of organizational data. Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards, facilitate data collection, storage, access, and usage; drive data stewardship initiatives and ensure compliance. Must have proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence and strong knowledge of data governance frameworks, data quality, data security, and data privacy. Role involves independent SME work, cross-functional collaboration, and providing guidance to junior team members, with a Bengaluru-based office expectation.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence
- Strong knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices
- Experience in managing data quality, data security, and data privacy initiatives
- Ability to analyze complex data environments and recommend governance solutions
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at various levels
- Familiarity with data stewardship and metadata management concepts
