Job Summary
Vice President, Data Governance responsible for leading data governance initiatives within JPMSE, driving the RDARR framework (Data Quality, Data Confidence, Data Lineage, etc.), and ensuring regulatory compliance across global business lines. The role entails shaping data management practices, defining governance requirements, delivering executive-ready reports and training, coordinating with regional and global teams, monitoring risks, and collaborating with senior leadership to elevate data governance maturity and support strategic decision-making. Strong emphasis on regulatory frameworks (BCBS 239, GDPR, EU AI Act), stakeholder communication, and cross-functional partnership in a highly matrixed financial services environment.
