Job Summary
Develop and maintain the Salesforce and Operator data governance framework, policies, and standards while defining data ownership and stewardship across business units. Monitor and enforce data quality standards, lead cleansing initiatives, and implement dashboards to track accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. Ensure Salesforce and Operator data practices adhere to regulatory requirements like GDPR, CCPA, and SOX by collaborating with Security and IT teams on access controls and retention policies. Oversee master data definitions, picklist governance, and taxonomy standards while managing data stewardship programs and supporting Salesforce release cycles. Work closely with Salesforce Admins, Developers, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to facilitate governance council meetings and educate teams on data principles.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data governance, data management, or Salesforce administration/architecture
- Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data structures, objects, and relationships
- Experience with data quality tools, MDM, and governance methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin, Data Architect, Application Architect)
- Experience working within enterprise data governance programs
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks relevant to the organization
- Background in Sales Operations, RevOps, or CRM management
