Job Summary
Lead the definition of the Enterprise Data Governance Strategy and Data Risk and Control Framework while supporting policy implementation. Liaise with partners to establish, manage, and implement policy adoption plans, compliance metrics, and training. Drive business analysis through the collection, analysis, review, and communication of requirements to align them with Data Governance standards. Contribute to the establishment of standards in alignment with the Enterprise Chief Data Office and act as a Subject Matter Expert for Data Transformation projects. Ensure roles and responsibilities are understood across businesses, capture requirements, develop delivery plans, and manage the lifecycle of metrics and reporting. Assess risk during business decisions to safeguard the firm's reputation and drive compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

- Banking or Finance industry experience
- Data Governance experience
- Data Management experience
- Process Engineering experience

- Ability to support key Data Transformation projects as Subject Matter Expert in data policies
- Ability to ensure roles and responsibilities related to data are understood and implemented across businesses
- Ability to provide reporting of potential risks to delivery
- Ability to incorporate milestone reporting and changes
- Ability to capture requirements, develop delivery plans, and manage the entire lifecycle of metrics and report production
- Ability to appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
- Ability to drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations
- Ability to adhere to Policy

- Bachelor's/University degree
