Job Summary
Define and maintain the enterprise data strategy, including architecture priorities, governance standards, and business enablement objectives. Establish robust disciplines covering quality, lineage, controls, access, documentation, and lifecycle management. Drive data democratization by developing trusted data products, dashboards, and self-service analytics capabilities. Ensure data practices support regulatory compliance, auditability, and risk oversight within a financial services environment. Partner with product, risk, engineering, and commercial teams to embed data into front-end journeys, back-end processes, and underwriting logic. Identify, assess, and integrate new data sources to improve credit decisioning, fraud controls, and operational efficiency. Enable the responsible application of advanced analytics, machine learning, and agentic automation across relevant business workflows. Build and deliver high-value analytical outputs directly when needed. Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior data role within fintech, banking, or a data-intensive environment
- Strong understanding of credit risk, lending products, or financial services data ecosystems
- Deep expertise in data governance, data modeling, and data architecture
- Experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources
- Hands-on capability in SQL and at least one analytical or programming language (e.g., Python)
- Familiarity with machine learning workflows and practical applications in decision systems
- Comfortable in a startup environment where ambiguity is high and execution is key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives
- Application materials submitted in English

- Strong familiarity with modern data environments, structured and unstructured data, analytics tooling, and applied ML use cases
