Job Summary
The Data Fulfillment Manager at Altair Data Resources will ensure the seamless end-to-end flow of orders, maintain high quality and optimize operational processes while collaborating with various departments. This role requires a strong leadership mindset and experience in operations management within data-focused environments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of operations/production management experience, preferably in data, analytics, services or tech environment
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end order/work-flow processes, ensure on-time delivery and high quality
- Experience with forecasting, capacity planning, resource utilization
- Experience with Alteryx or similar ETL tools
- Strong process orientation, ability to map, analyze, redesign workflows
- Demonstrated experience in quality control, root-cause problem solving, and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with data/product delivery environments, preferably with data/analytics services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-accuracy environment
- Proficient in using operational dashboards, KPI tracking, data-driven decision making
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with project management and process automation tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Airflow, Tableau/Power BI)
