Job Summary
Assist customers and third-party administrators with implementation, testing, and support of inbound and outbound EDI and API connections related to eligibility. Troubleshoot transmission or formatting issues and act as a liaison between the business community and IT to supply vendor requirements based on Guardian's internal systems. Perform thorough user acceptance testing of inbound eligibility files, handle complex calls requiring leadership through difficult technical data, and report system-related problems. Maintain procedural guidelines, attend team meetings, and participate in training, job sharing, and mentoring. Provide 'Best in Class' service to customers based on their preferred channel while ensuring all work is completed within established deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent required
- Visa Sponsorship: Guardian Life is not currently or in the foreseeable future sponsoring employment-based visas
- In order to be a successful applicant, you must be legally authorized to work in the United States, without the need for employer sponsorship/support now or at any time in the future
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in insurance industry preferred
- College degree preferred
