Data Entry Specialist- Outsourced

Input new and updated data into customer inventories using the Safekeeper system, managing incoming, internal move, destruction, and permanent removal processes including keying label and location information. Verify accuracy and timeliness of all keyed data, investigate and resolve exceptions, and close work orders. Update customer contract information, print and mail receipt acknowledgements, and generate month-end and quarter-end reports. Perform scanning, auditing, QC functions, packaging, and CD burning. Act as a resource for questions and assist in training new specialists. Scan hardcopy files to electronic images, prepare product for delivery, and ensure all documentation is complete.
