Job Summary
Maintain technological data for Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the HelloFresh ERP system, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and correct information flow to stakeholders. Support the FSQC and Compliance teams by checking, maintaining, and filing documents related to last-mile compliance, including onboarding documentation and audit preparations. Manage SKU offboarding and delisting in alignment with other functions while communicating regularly with Food Safety Quality and Compliance Managers regarding process improvements. Follow Standard Operating Procedures for all data entry and operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry/maintenance
- Experience with ERP systems or similar database tools
- Ability to follow SOPs, policies, and compliance processes
- Good organizational skills for document filing and tracking
- Clear and regular communication with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
