Job Summary
Maintain and verify data in internal databases; generate routine and ad hoc reports; ensure confidentiality of personal health information in compliance with PHIPA; coordinate with clinical, admin, and finance teams to gather or clarify information; respond to data-related inquiries professionally; support data audits and quality assurance initiatives; maintain organized electronic records for efficient retrieval; require 50+ WPM typing, MS Office proficiency, and experience with databases/CRM/EMR/EHR; 1–3 years of data-entry/administrative experience in healthcare or regulated environments; diploma/degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, clerical, or administrative roles
- Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is an asset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with databases, CRM systems, or EMR/EHR systems preferred
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with high accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
