Job Summary
Data Entry - Salem: entry-level, full-time role supporting multiple departments (sales, finance, administration, and marketing) in a fast-paced, high-volume office. Responsibilities include efficient and accurate data entry, assisting the Sales Dept in various capacities, filing for all departments, and potential growth into Inside Sales or related roles. Requires strong typing/10-key, proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing, CRM familiarity, and effective verbal/written communication. Opportunities for advancement into sales, accounting, inventory management, or purchasing based on performance. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, paid time off, holidays, and 401k. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and cloud-based computing
- CRM software experience desired
- Typing skills and 10-key proficiency
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data
- Good time management skills and ability to maintain productivity
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to quickly and accurately input customer orders into a cloud-based system
