Job Summary
Interpret and enter prescription orders into MMP's FrameworkLTC and FrameworkECM pharmacy systems with strict attention to accuracy and speed. Answer phones, check emails, and respond promptly to pharmacy inquiries while investigating and resolving community and resident issues. Adjudicate insurance claims and complete all required courses within the PRS compliance system. Maintain a safe environment, attend company meetings, and adhere to the CORE Values and Behavior Standard. Work Monday through Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM with rotating weekends. Requires a Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois and one year of healthcare data entry experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in Healthcare Data Entry or Medical Record Management, preferably in a long term or managed care setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified & Licensed Pharmacy Technician in Illinois
- Timely and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, establishing rapport and working with others
- Professional demeanor and appearance with excellent customer service skills
- Highly organized and attentive to detail
- Able to multi-task and work under deadlines
- Motivated, punctual and reliable team member

- FrameworkLTC / FrameworkECM knowledge a plus
