Job Summary
Enter and update shipment, dispatch, inventory, and delivery data into the logistics management system while verifying the accuracy of invoices, delivery notes, purchase orders, and transport documents. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments, coordinate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports. Scan, file, and organize logistics documents for easy retrieval, ensuring confidentiality and security of company data while following procedures to meet productivity and accuracy targets. Requires SAP knowledge, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, warehouse operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and data entry software
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory processes
- Good typing speed with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
