Job Summary
Operate and manage inventory through SAP or other warehouse management software while coordinating inbound, outbound, and returns processes with the warehouse team. Maintain accurate data entry for stock levels, dispatches, and receipts, then generate daily reports using Excel for audits and performance tracking. Ensure timely order processing, system updates, and warehouse documentation while communicating with customer service and logistics teams for smooth fulfillment. This role requires a minimum of two years of experience in warehousing, proficiency in SAP or similar WMS platforms, and strong Microsoft Excel skills. Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years of experience in warehousing operations
- hands-on experience with SAP or similar WMS software
- strong skills in Microsoft Excel
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse role
- Proficiency in SAP, or similar WMS platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Familiarity with warehousing processes and inventory control
- Ability to work in a team and handle fast-paced operations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Must be comfortable with the location or willing to relocate
