Job Summary
Input data into computer systems including SAP, Ignition, and spreadsheets while verifying production data and reviewing discrepancies. Release production orders, print SUs and dockets, and update machine status and availability. Manage quality holds by placing products on hold, coordinating shipping returns, and ensuring appropriate paperwork is resolved within allotted time. Train backup staff, maintain SWP binders, and perform clerical tasks like filing. Generate summary reports as assigned and use discretionary time for value-added duties.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrate appropriate verbal skills evaluated through interview process
- Basic understanding of plant operations, product types, and identification labels
- Demonstrated basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and calculations)
- Demonstrated written and verbal skills appropriate for dealing with team members
- Demonstrated computer literacy to include: Ignition, SAP and Outlook
- Demonstrated ability to learn, develop, and maintain knowledge and skill development appropriate to job assignment
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and to be self driven and motivated
- Competent, caring attitude
- High School diploma or GED
- Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience
