Job Summary
Data Entry/Customer Service Representative to support designated outside field reps and clients by processing orders into Sage 100, providing quotations, handling inquiries, and communicating status to management. Requires handling incoming calls, order entry, and coordination with internal teams; proficient, team-oriented and capable of building relationships with customers; training provided for product lines.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience as a customer service/inside sales representative (preferred)
- At least 2 years with incoming call experience (preferred)
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
- Fluent in Spanish (preferred but not required)
- Sage 100 experience helpful
