Job Summary
Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database and create spreadsheets to track customer information and orders. Update various data including financial transactions, customer information, inventory, and item status while organizing existing records. Verify outdated data and make necessary changes to ensure accuracy in all spreadsheets. This role involves collecting customer details to verify identity or account, setting up new customer profiles, and providing pricing, product, shipment, and distribution information.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good practical experience with word processing tools and spreadsheets such as MS Office Word, Excel and so on
- Good knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices
- Fast typing skills with close attention to detail
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
