Job Summary
Manage data entry into computer systems for clinical trials, including entering patient data into eDC and other software. Review patient charts and medical records to ensure timely data entry in accordance with eCRF guidelines and protocol requirements. Collaborate with clinical research site teams to report irregularities or problems with a study to appropriate parties. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and GCP regulations. Ensure adherence to SOPs, ICF documentation, and FDA regulations while supporting other clinical research-related activities. Requires high school diploma, one year of clinical data entry experience, and proficiency with Microsoft applications. Full-time, 30+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year of clinical data entry experience
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Proficiency with computer applications such as Microsoft applications, email, and web applications
- ability to type proficiently (40+ wpm)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
