Data Entry Clerks / No Experience (Remote)

Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles, reconcile transactions, and address breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. Execute analysis of complex escalated issues, validate new technology enhancements, and remediate transfer issues with external partners. Review subscription deals, analyze correct tax coding corrections, and provide follow-up on substitute expenditure moves to expedite customer demands. Engage daily with Retail and Institutional Service Teams via email, phone, Slack, Overview, and Salesforce to embody TD Ameritrade Cleaning in connections with fund companies and opposite agencies.
