Job Summary
Monitor incoming emails, phone calls, and text messages from the production plant and accurately enter pick tickets into the computer system. Review customer requests to ensure orders are entered correctly and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Maintain accurate records while working closely with warehouse and production staff to ensure timely order processing. This role requires sitting for extended periods at a computer with frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and telephone, and occasionally walking through the warehouse or production area. Full-time, first shift position with a starting pay of $18.00/hour.
