Job Summary
Inbound Referral Coordinator for radiology operations at WELL Health Diagnostic Centres. Responsible for reviewing and processing inbound referral spreadsheets, preparing and managing correspondence within the PACS system, tracking daily volumes and workflow metrics, ensuring accuracy and compliance of referral documentation, and collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to support patient care coordination. Identify opportunities to improve processes and workflow efficiency; reports to the Director of Quality Assurance & Teleradiology; position supports data entry and coordination across 50+ clinics in Canada with Ontario-based onsite work.
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in healthcare or diagnostic imaging (preferred)
