Data Entry Assistant

Job Summary
The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately inputting new employee records into the HR Information System, reviewing and auditing existing records for accuracy and compliance, validating job classifications, and resolving data discrepancies. The role includes collaborating with payroll teams, maintaining version control, and participating in trainings to stay updated on HRIS enhancements. Candidates are expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and workload demands.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Spanish and English
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior organizational, self-motivation, and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel
- Experience with Power BI
