Data Entry /Asset Forfeiture Analyst

Data Entry / Asset Forfeiture Analyst provides critical support to asset management operations with high‐accuracy data entry, asset tracking, integrity validation, and anomaly detection. Maintains asset databases, supports audits, and strengthens the organization’s ability to monitor, safeguard, and report on high‐value assets. Key duties include high‐volume data entry into asset management/inventory/financial systems; maintaining records across full lifecycle (acquisition, deployment, transfer, disposition); routine data quality checks for discrepancies; generating reports on asset status, utilization, risks, and anomalies; and implementing procedures to enhance data integrity. Requires strong attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy. What You Will Need: obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD PUBLIC TRUST; bachelor’s degree; 1+ years of data-entry or asset management experience including Excel-based analysis and discrepancy resolution. Nice to have: experience with public record datasets, asset tracking in federal/logistics/IT environments, lifecycle asset management, audit prep, and process-improvement initiatives.
