Data Entry Analyst

Job Summary
Process and maintain logistics and warehouse-related data within company systems, creating, updating, and validating inbound and outbound orders. Review transport and shipping documentation to ensure accuracy, monitor shipment status, and update customers and stakeholders as required. Coordinate with warehouses, transport providers, customs agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of operations while managing shared mailboxes and responding to customer inquiries. Identify discrepancies, investigate issues, and proactively drive resolution. Participate in process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and service quality. Apply strong analytical and interpersonal skills to support operational excellence in a service-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- University Degree
- min 1 years of experience in work in logistics, back-office operations and or accounting functions
- Good Excel skills
- English - verbal and written
