Job Summary
Data Entry Agent to support the daily operations of Foody's quick commerce verticals. Responsibilities include handling data entry tasks with accuracy, tracking and analyzing key metrics, coordinating with cross-functional teams to align operations, facilitating smooth go-live journeys for partners, evaluating workflows for efficiency, and providing data-driven insights. Requires 1-2 years in operations/logistics, strong written/spoken Greek and English, and proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets). Nice-to-have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Operations. Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in operations, logistics, or related fields
- Familiarity with operational processes and customer service practices
