Job Summary
Process and enter returned merchandise transactions into company systems with high accuracy while completing JESTA Step Receipting procedures to ensure work orders are properly processed. Monitor and coordinate with Production to meet return-related order timelines, generate packing slips for RMC and RMF orders, and verify product availability through physical inventory checks. Assist in preparing RMF/RMA documentation, support shipping department fulfillment, and maintain accurate records related to returns processing. Adhere to company policies, safety requirements, and quality standards. Requires ability to remain seated for extended periods, move throughout office and warehouse areas, and occasionally lift materials up to 25 pounds. U.S. person status and fluency in English are required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. person (U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident) to comply with federal contracting regulations
- Must be a US person as defined by ITAR
- All candidates must be fluent in English, with the ability to speak, read, and write at a professional level
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP, inventory management, or warehouse management systems
- Previous experience in returns processing, logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments
- Experience working with JESTA or similar enterprise software systems
