Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement data models, ETL processes, and pipelines using Databricks, Python, and PySpark to ensure efficient data flow. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to business teams while enforcing architectural standards for scalable environments. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to gather requirements, optimize existing infrastructure for performance, and manage DevOps activities including job deployment. Utilize Azure Data Factory and Change Data Capture for workflow orchestration, staying current with industry trends. Requires a Bachelor's degree, active professional license, and 3+ years of experience in data engineering and analytics.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in computer science or a similar field
- A completed Bachelor's degree
- An active professional license
- 3+ Years of experience in the field of Data Engineering & Analytics
- Strong understanding of Data warehousing, engineering & ETL concepts
- Experience in Databricks development using Python, PySpark & DLT Pipelines
- Experience working with databases and various types of data storage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask as needed
- Goal orientation and holistic thinking and action
- Experience working with Azure / AWS
- English – Advanced Business Proficiency
