Job Summary
Lead and manage the data engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure high performance. Collaborate with the Data Architect to develop and support cloud-based data tools, design scalable pipelines, and develop data models while ensuring data quality. Oversee agile stories, handle escalations, and plan ahead to deliver successful projects. Identify hiring needs and collaborate with recruitment teams, while working closely with development managers, leads, and architects for solutioning and delivery statuses. Enable sales with pre-sales teams and drive the team using data. Manage multiple teams and accounts, utilizing constructive feedback mechanisms to improve productivity and accountability.
