Job Summary
Lead a high-performing Data Engineering team by coaching engineers on technical and leadership growth while serving as a hands-on technical lead for code reviews and architectural discussions. Partner with business stakeholders to translate goals into technical roadmaps, define Key Performance Indicators, and launch impact through regular reviews and OKR setting. Steer the team in building scalable, modern data architectures using Azure Databricks, dbt, and Apache Airflow to enable advanced AI and agentic flows. Own the reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of the data platform within your domain, driving a culture of "you build it, you run it." Report directly to the Global Headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership or management role
- 3-5 years in a leadership or management role
- Proven track record as a hands-on builder in cloud-based data environments
