Job Summary
Design, develop, and implement AI, GenAI, custom GPT, and automation solutions to enhance business processes for a global biotech distribution organization. Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and scalable workflows while ensuring data standardization, validation, and compliance. Build and configure AI tools, data analytics solutions, and automation logic using Python, SQL, and Power Platform, then test, validate, and troubleshoot these digital systems. Document technical designs, business rules, and support procedures while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Automation, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Digital Transformation, Automation, or a related field
- Diploma and 9 to 11 years of relevant experience in Digital Solutions, Automation, Data Analytics, Software Development, Supply Chain Systems, or a related field
- Hands-on experience developing AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, or digital workflow solutions
- Ability to build or configure custom GPTs, AI assistants, chatbots, or GenAI-enabled solutions
- Experience writing or adapting code, scripts, workflows, or automation logic
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, JavaScript, Power Platform, Power Automate, APIs, or similar tools
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Apps, Databricks, Snowflake, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Jira, or Confluence
- Experience with embedding, semantic search, vector databases, and document intelligence
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI solution design, workflow automation, and data transformation
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with structured and unstructured data processing, including extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and transformation
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills
- Collaboration skills for working with business and technical teams
- Ability to test, validate, troubleshoot, and enhance digital solutions
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in global supply chain, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, biotech, pharmaceutical, or regulated industries
- Familiarity with software development practices, version control (GitHub), APIs, testing frameworks, CI/CD, or MLOps
- Automation development for reporting, data reconciliation, exception management, workflow routing, or dashboards
- Understanding of data governance, master data management, metadata, data stewardship, data lineage, and data quality frameworks
- Familiarity with supply chain processes such as order management, inventory, warehouse operations, transportation, cold chain, serialization, trade compliance, or distribution planning
- Experience with Agile, SAFe, product ownership, or digital product delivery
- Knowledge of responsible AI, data privacy, cybersecurity, and compliance for enterprise AI solutions
- Professional certifications such as AI, GenAI, Prompt Engineering, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, Data Analytics, Automation/RPA, Agile/SAFe, APICS/CSCP/CPIM, Business Analysis, Cloud, Databricks, or Data Engineering
