Data Engineering Leader

Data Engineering Leader for Cognite’s Europe Delivery to lead, develop, and retain a team of Data Engineers across complex industrial AI engagements, while maintaining roughly 50% billable delivery on customer projects. You will coach engineers with technically specific guidance, review SOWs for scope fit and risks, and collaborate with Value Delivery Europe leadership to standardise delivery practices, hire for the team, and advance AI-first data engineering delivery. You will be a practitioner who understands the work to coach it, assess it, and raise the bar, working closely with Portfolio Managers and cross-functional leaders to drive customer value and growth.
