Job Summary
Data Engineer for Ictech Stockholm to build and scale our new Stockholm office. You will create robust data solutions in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) focusing on big data, performance optimization, and platform development in close collaboration with engineers and analysts. Responsibilities include leveraging BigQuery, Dataflow, DBT, Snowflake, and Pub/Sub to handle large datasets, optimize data infrastructure, and deliver scalable data platforms. The role requires at least 7 years of GCP experience, strong Python and SQL skills, and an autonomous, proactive mindset. The position offers flexible compensation options (flexible or traditional salary models) and opportunities for professional growth within a growing consulting firm with multiple offices. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and tools such as BigQuery, Dataflow, DBT, Snowflake, and Pub/Sub
- Experience working with large datasets and optimization of data infrastructure
- Strong skills in Python and SQL and other relevant programming languages
- Independent problem-solver who takes initiative and works autonomously
- Experience building robust and efficient data solutions in GCP
