Job Summary
Data Engineer Team Leader in Lisbon overseeing a dedicated team of data engineers. Responsibilities include day-to-day management, guiding project execution, coordinating priorities, and ensuring data quality. Provide technical direction on ETL processes and tooling (Talend, DataStage, Stambia) or Python, and communicate with internal/external stakeholders. Drive process improvements, talent development, and balance hands-on data work with managerial duties. Required Qualifications
- Fluency in French is essential
- Solid understanding and practical experience as a Data Engineer, including ETL processes and tools (e.g., Talend, DataStage, Stambia) or scripting languages (e.g., Python)
- Educational background in Computer Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a team coordination or leadership role
- Familiarity with the Portuguese market or a willingness to relocate to Lisbon
