Job Summary
Data Engineer (Talend) in Elancourt, France. Design, develop, and maintain data processing flows (ETL) with Talend to feed decision-support systems, data warehouses, and operational databases. Integrate data from multiple sources (SQL/NoSQL databases, files, APIs), transform and clean data to meet business needs, optimize ETL processes for performance and reusability, implement monitoring tools to ensure data flow availability, and document technical data processing procedures. Collaborate with business and IT teams to analyze requirements, validate solutions, and enable knowledge transfer. Requires a Bac+5 level engineering degree and substantial experience in an Agile environment; proficiency in Talend, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and programming/scripting in SQL, Java, or Python; strong focus on data quality and testing.
Required Qualifications
- Engineer degree ( Bac+5 ) or equivalent
- Significant experience in an Agile team
- Proficient in Talend (Open Studio, Data Integration, Data Quality)
- Strong knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ability to query, manipulate, optimize and model relational and NoSQL databases
- Programming/scripting skills in SQL, Java, or Python
- Commitment to data quality, testing, and reliability of data flows
