Job Summary
Own your opportunity to design and deliver advanced data solutions that enhance warfighter readiness and decision-making. Lead a growing engineering team, collaborate with government PMs, and drive cloud-based data architectures across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments. Responsibilities include guiding tool/architecture choices, coordinating migrations, leading a small team to develop data-driven dashboards, and establishing sprint cadence with status dashboards. Requires deep experience with AWS, big data technologies (Presto/Trino, Hive, Spark, Flink), data lake/warehouse architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, workflow engines (Airflow, AWS Step Functions, Prefect), and containerized microservices in Kubernetes. Strong communication across stakeholders and demonstrated software development or cloud operations experience are expected. Hybrid work arrangement with 2-3 days on site at Fort Bragg, NC and 2-3 days remote; travel 10-25%.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in computer science or related field
- 10+ years of related experience

- Secret Clearance (Must Currently Possess)
