Job Summary
Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to translate requirements into data architecture components and design real-time data pipelines. Support DevSecOps for continuous integration and deployment, including automated testing, while performing root cause analysis on bugs and defects. Assist in analyzing the current technology environment to detect deficiencies and recommend solutions under the guidance of Lead Engineers. Facilitate meetings, write functional requirements and documentation, and provide technical feedback to vendors and offshore team members. Participate in incident management and on-call rotations to resolve production issues within established troubleshooting procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical discipline
- 5 years experience as a Developer, System Administrator, QA Engineer/Tester, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, OR
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience as a Developer, System Administrator, QA Engineer/Tester, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or related technical discipline
- Strong technical, quantitative, and qualitative analysis skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to team success
- Demonstrated ability to work on agile teams delivering data solutions
- Ability to solve moderately complex problems using established solutions and frameworks
- Demonstrates the ability to learn new technologies and apply them within data engineering solutions
- Proven strong organizational and time management skills
- Working knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers
- Demonstrates the ability to synthesize, analyze, and summarize data using established business principles and data engineering practices to support informed decision-making
- Collaborates effectively with individuals across diverse roles and backgrounds, while remaining open to feedback to enhance technical outcomes and team performance
- Demonstrated self-motivation and proactive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to investigate and analyze information and draw conclusions
- Engages with vendor partners to support delivery and provide technical feedback
- Solid ability to consistently maintain a high level of integrity and discretion to handle confidential information
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with team members and leadership
