Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows that integrate data from internal systems, APIs, and third-party platforms into curated analytical and operational stores. Implement Microsoft Fabric solutions including Data Factory pipelines, Lakehouse, and Warehouse to ensure reliable ingestion, transformation, and delivery of trusted data. Optimize query performance, storage design, and pipeline logic while enforcing data quality standards, monitoring, and alerting to detect anomalies before they impact operations. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into sustainable technical solutions, maintain comprehensive documentation, and participate in troubleshooting and incident response as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT development, data integration, database development, or a related enterprise data role
- Experience building production-grade data pipelines and supporting business-critical data platforms
- Relevant Microsoft, Azure, Fabric, data, or cloud platform certifications
- Certifications related to data engineering, security, analytics, or platform administration
- Ability to design and support scalable, maintainable data pipelines and integration workflows across multiple systems
- Strong understanding of data quality, lineage, governance, and secure data management practices
- Proven ability to analyze requirements, solve complex technical problems, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated ownership, attention to detail, documentation discipline, and commitment to operational reliability
