Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Data Engineer to own and scale the data platform at Profound. Responsibilities include maintaining and improving data pipelines, optimizing performance and costs across Snowflake, Clickhouse, AWS, dbt, and Dagster, and owning data quality through monitoring and validation. Candidates must have proven experience with production data pipelines, proficiency in Python and SQL, and hands-on experience with dbt and orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with modern data warehouses is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining production data pipelines
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with dbt, orchestration frameworks such as Dagster, Airflow, or Prefect, and AWS
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Clickhouse, or other modern data warehouses
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for data quality and reliability

- Experience with MLOps and supporting machine learning workflows in production
