Job Summary
Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes while integrating data from multiple internal and external sources. Build and optimize database structures, automate reporting workflows, and ensure data quality, integrity, security, and governance. Monitor pipeline performance, troubleshoot data-related issues, and implement long-term solutions. Collaborate with analysts, developers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and document architecture. Requires 2-3 years of experience, strong SQL skills, Python/Java proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree. Includes allowances, HMO, and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Data Engineering or related roles
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Hands-on experience in ETL development and data pipeline management
- Proficiency in Python, Java or Scala for data processing
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Understanding of data governance, data security, and compliance best practices
