Data Engineer (Microsoft Fabric)

Job Summary
Build and maintain data pipelines and ingestion workflows using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, and Lakehouse architectures. Develop data transformations with Spark, PySpark, SQL, and Python while ensuring data quality, performance, and security across finance, sales, and manufacturing domains. Integrate data from multiple sources, create semantic models and Power BI reports, and support CI/CD processes via Azure DevOps. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions that unlock enterprise value. Hybrid work model with flexible hours; minimum 3 years of experience required with B2-level Polish and English skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft Fabric projects
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL
- Experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and data warehousing solutions
- Experience building ETL/ELT solutions and working with Spark/PySpark
- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Azure DevOps
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and business teams
- Polish and English language skills at B2 level or higher
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Azure Networking and Azure Security
- Knowledge of serverless Azure services
- Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell, ARM Templates or similar)
