Job Summary
Analyst Data Enablement within the MDM data domain responsible for end-to-end data engineering of master data pipelines. Role emphasizes data quality, governance, and the implementation of MDM platforms (Profisee, Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG) to deliver standardized, harmonized data for analytics and operational use. Responsibilities include designing and modeling master data entities, building and evolving data curation and publishing capabilities, partnering with Architecture, Data Governance, BI, and Delivery teams, driving the single source of truth across business domains, applying MDM and governance concepts, driving workshops, improving CI/CD for the MDM platform, and providing direction to vendor staff. Requires 5+ years of MDM experience, strong SQL, ETL/ELT skills, and experience with cloud data platforms (Azure Data Factory or Matillion); familiarity with data governance frameworks, data quality, and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Information Technology
- 5+ years of experience as an MDM Engineer with end-to-end design and development
- Hands-on experience with MDM Tools (Profisee, SAP MDG, Informatica, Reltio) and Snowflake, Azure SQL database
- Advanced SQL programming and building ETL/ELT processes using cloud platforms like Azure Data Factory or Matillion
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Commutable distance to Tampa, Florida

- Snowflake and Azure SQL database
- Advanced SQL programming

- Experience delivering data pipelines in an MDM/data governance context

- Ability to lead MDM initiatives to establish a single source of truth
- Experience with data quality and data governance principles
