Job Summary
Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven data governance solutions, ensuring automation and scalability across Snowflake and AWS environments. Build and oversee agent-based frameworks to enforce data privacy, compliance, and PII protection through intelligent automation. Actively contribute to developing workflows in S3, Glue, and Lambda, while auditing processes to detect anomalies and drive continuous improvement. Establish governance standards across teams and collaborate with stakeholders to align strategies with regulatory requirements. Mentor team members while maintaining hands-on technical execution.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Governance, or related fields
- Proven experience in a technical leadership or managerial role with hands-on involvement
- Strong hands-on experience with Snowflake (Must)
- Deep expertise in Data Governance frameworks and implementation (Must)
- Hands-on experience building AI/ML-driven or agent-based governance solutions (Must)
- Experience implementing data masking and privacy solutions using agents (Must)
- Strong experience with AWS services, including S3, Glue, Lambda, AgentCore, and data optimization/cleanup workflows (Must)
- Proven expertise using CoCo and Cortex effectively for intelligent data processing (Must)
- Experience auditing data systems to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies (Must)
- Strong experience with SQL and Python (or similar) for data processing and automation
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic leadership
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders
