Ensure adherence to data governance, privacy, and compliance standards, and oversee performance optimization, reliability, and maintenance of data systems. Guide team members in adopting best practices in data modeling, ETL development, and cloud data services, providing technical expertise for complex data issues. Manage team financials including annual operating plans, budget management, and forecasting to align with organizational goals.
