Job Summary
Data Engineer at Loxo responsible for managing the end-to-end migration of clients’ legacy data from their prior recruitment platform to Loxo. Tasks include defining migration strategies, developing scalable tooling, producing detailed data mappings, reverse-engineering data models, cleansing data, and maintaining data security and availability in production. Collaborates with Customer Success to manage client expectations and serves as the technical point of contact during migrations. Strong emphasis on SQL, ETL tooling, data quality, and delivering high-value, scalable data solutions to onboard new clients and improve the overall Loxo data ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in SQL
- Proficient with ETL tools (e.g. Talend, Pentaho, CloverETL, SSIS, etc.)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to take on tasks with little direction and deliver high-value results
- Project management from inception to completion
- Self-starter with ability to work independently and in a team
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-centric attitude
