Job Summary
Data Engineer I for Delivery Hero’s Tech Grad Program in Berlin, focused on foundational systems enabling faster feature development, security, and reliability. You’ll work within the Tech Foundations vertical under a mentorship-rich environment, contributing to scalable data platforms and leveraging languages/tech like Python, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, and data warehousing (BigQuery/Redshift). Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/SE/Data Eng or related fields, up to ~2 years post-grad experience (including internships/bootcamps), and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science or a related field
- Good understanding of coding in Python, SQL, NoSQL, cloud services (AWS), data warehousing (BigQuery, Redshift)
- Internship/bootcamp experience acceptable
- Business fluent in English
- Strong problem solving and collaboration skills
