Job Summary
Ingest and transform messy, real-world datasets into reliable foundations for research and trading using Python, SQL, and OCaml. Explore unfamiliar data sources, investigate inconsistencies, and explain findings through hands-on projects owned by the intern. Write code to monitor data quality and work with structured and unstructured information including market feeds and credit card spending. You will be mentored by full-time engineers, learn business context from data users, and take on two real projects over the internship.
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable manipulating data in Python, SQL, R, or similar
- An analytical and logical thinker
- A clear verbal and written communicator
