Job Summary
Technical Lead - ETL - Python responsible for designing and developing ETL workflows to extract, transform, and load data from various sources to target systems. Collaborate with data analysts and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Utilize ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend and programming languages like SQL or Python. Produce efficient, reliable code, design scalable ETL solutions, optimize performance, and create technical documentation. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver data integration solutions that meet business needs and adhere to coding standards and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- 7-9 years of work experience in ETL/data engineering roles
- B.Tech/B.E/M.Tech or MCA degree
- Proficiency in Python for ETL scripting
- Experience with ETL tools such as Informatica or Talend
- Strong SQL skills and data transformation capabilities
- Knowledge of data profiling, data quality, and data validation techniques
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable ETL solutions
- Experience collaborating with data analysts, architects, and project managers
- Ability to write clean, maintainable code and comprehensive technical documentation
