Job Summary
Build and maintain data pipelines, applications, and workflows inside the Palantir platform, focusing on Code Repositories, Workshop, Slate, and AIP. Develop pipelines that collect, transform, and validate data while implementing governance applications to monitor platform performance and compliance. Apply industrial engineering methods to analyze capacity, throughput, and bottlenecks for depot maintenance, MRO, and supply chain environments. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design "what-if" scenarios and prepare decision-support briefings for senior leaders. Support business development efforts including responding to RFPs and creating capability briefings. Requires an active Secret clearance and experience with Palantir Foundry tools.
Required Qualifications
- Active Secret Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
- Three (3) or more years' experience in hands-on data engineering and/or database management
- Hands-on experience with Foundry Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Workshop, Slate, and Machinery
- Experience developing data pipelines, UIs, workflows, and automations inside Palantir
- Experience supporting performance monitoring and operational tooling within Foundry
- Strong scripting or programming experience (PySpark preferred)
- Ability to support remote, hybrid, and on-site projects in the DC metro area
Desired Qualifications
- Six (6) years' experience in hands-on data engineering, industrial engineering and/or operations research
- Understanding of relational database concepts and structures
- Understanding of platform governance practices and observability
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
